Who we are
SafirAvia is an IATA-accredited travel agency founded in 2026 by Muhammad Hasnain and based in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. "Safir" is the Urdu and Arabic word for an ambassador: someone who represents you, speaks for you, and is answerable to you. That is the job.
We serve three kinds of travellers: families in Pakistan going for Umrah, overseas Pakistanis in the UK and the Gulf who book for parents and relatives at home, and anyone who needs an international air ticket issued correctly and re-issued quickly when plans change.
What IATA accreditation means for you
An IATA-accredited agent issues airline tickets directly through the airline settlement system, rather than buying from another agent. For you that means the fare you see is the airline fare, the e-ticket is issued the moment you pay, and refunds and changes are handled by us with the airline, not passed down a chain. IATA accreditation details are printed on every ticket and booking document we issue.
How we work
- Everything in writing. Hotel names, distance from the Haram, airline, timings, total price, what is and is not included.
- Nusuk first. The Saudi Nusuk hotel contract is confirmed before any visa application, because that is the rule since June 2025 and the main reason applications fail.
- One consultant. You speak to Muhammad Hasnain from the first message to your return flight. WhatsApp is answered seven days a week.
- No claims we cannot keep. No guaranteed visas, no Hajj outside the licensed scheme, no prices that change after you pay.
Office
Office G-F-02, Plaza 10-F, Sector C Avenue, opposite Zoo, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. Visits by appointment; most of our customers never need to come in, everything happens on WhatsApp and by bank transfer with written confirmation.
Licences and registrations
IATA-accredited travel agent (Pakistan). Umrah services are arranged through Saudi-licensed Umrah operators on the Nusuk Masar system. SafirAvia is not a UK ATOL holder; UK residents buying a flight-inclusive package are told in writing which protection applies before payment.
