If you live in the UK, the USA, Canada or the Gulf and your parents are in Pakistan, this is how we arrange their Umrah. They fly from Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi or another Pakistani airport; you deal with us on WhatsApp from wherever you are; every detail — hotel names, distance from the Haram, flight times, what is and is not included — is confirmed to you in writing before anything is paid.
It is booked exactly like a Pakistan-based Umrah, because it is one: Pakistani passports go through a Ministry-attested operator on Nusuk Masar, with the hotel booked first. The only difference is that the person paying and deciding is abroad, so the process is built around you.
How it works
- Tell us the basics on WhatsApp: which parent or parents, their city, the month, how long, and anything about health or mobility.
- Written quote with two or three named hotels in Makkah and Madinah, walking distance to the Haram, flights and inclusions. You choose; nothing is booked on a verbal promise.
- Documents in Pakistan: passport valid for six months, CNIC, photos, meningitis and polio vaccination records, and — if they fly from Karachi — the new NADRA-integrated vaccination card required from 25 September 2026. We tell your parents exactly what to bring, in Urdu.
- Visa through the licensed operator on Nusuk Masar once the hotel is booked; usually 3–10 working days.
- Before they fly, you receive the e-ticket (check the PNR on the airline’s own website), visa copy and hotel vouchers, and your parents get the same on paper.
Choosing well for older parents
- Distance beats stars. A 4-star hotel 300 metres from the Haram is kinder to a 70-year-old than a 5-star a kilometre away with a shuttle. Ask for the walking distance, not the rating.
- Nonstop flights. Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi have several nonstop airlines to Jeddah. Madinah has fewer: AirSial from Islamabad and Lahore, and flynas, flyadeal and AirSial from Karachi (our schedule check, 7 October 2026; see flights to Jeddah and Madinah); a nonstop flight avoids a Gulf connection with elderly passengers.
- Wheelchair assistance can be requested on the ticket for the departure airport, Jeddah or Madinah, and the connection. Tell us at booking, not at check-in.
- Madinah first is gentler for many older pilgrims: a calmer start, then Makkah and the Umrah itself.
- Length: 14 nights is the usual choice; 10 nights costs less but leaves little room for rest days; 21 nights suits parents who want to stay longer in Madinah.
- Travelling companion: Saudi Arabia no longer requires a mahram for women aged 18 and over on Umrah, but for older parents a son, daughter, relative or a small group makes the trip safer. If you want to fly out and join them, see below.
- Season: off-peak months cost far less than Ramadan, and October to March is cooler in Makkah than summer.
Starting prices (October 2026)
| Package (per person, return flights from Pakistan) | Starting from (PKR) |

| Premium · 5-star, under 300 m, double | 600,000 |

Starting prices only, off-peak, indicative; packages go up to full luxury. The written quote names the hotels and is the price.
Paying from abroad, safely
- Payment options and the account details are confirmed in writing with your quote. Before sending money to any travel agent, call the number you found independently to confirm the account; ours is 0300 0399322.
- Pay against a written quote that names the hotels and flights. A quote without hotel names cannot have a Nusuk Masar booking behind it.
- Every e-ticket has a 6-character airline booking reference (PNR) and a 13-digit ticket number. Open the booking on the airline’s own “manage booking” page with the PNR and surname.
- Keep everything on one WhatsApp thread: quote, receipts, tickets and vouchers, so you and your parents see the same thing.
If you live in the UK: the ATOL question
SafirAvia is not ATOL-protected. The UK Civil Aviation Authority says flight-inclusive packages advertised and sold to consumers in the UK are subject to the ATOL rules whatever the departure point of the flight, and that this applies to businesses outside the UK too. So when a UK resident asks us for a parents’ Umrah with flights, we set out in writing, before any payment, who the contract is with and what financial protection applies. If ATOL protection matters to you, book the package through a UK ATOL holder instead; we would rather say that plainly than have you assume a protection that is not there.
Flight tickets on their own are issued immediately on our IATA accreditation as the airlines’ ticket agent and are not ATOL-protected.
Want to go with them?
You can meet your parents in Saudi Arabia. On a British, US or Canadian passport you get your own Saudi tourist eVisa, which allows Umrah, and book the Nusuk permit yourself; Pakistani passport holders who live in the UK or USA may qualify for the same eVisa through their residence or a used UK/US visa. Or fly home first, visit family, and all travel together from Pakistan. If you are flying home on Saudia anyway, a 96-hour stopover in Jeddah gives you an Umrah on the way. We ticket all three.
