What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or through the form on this site, we receive the details you give us: name, phone number, travel dates, departure city and your message. To book travel we then need passport details, CNIC or ID numbers, dates of birth, photographs and vaccination records for each traveller, because airlines and the Saudi Nusuk system require them.
How we use it
Only to quote, book and support your travel: issuing tickets, applying for visas through licensed Umrah operators, reserving hotels and transport, and contacting you about your booking. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who sees it
Airlines, the Saudi Nusuk / Masar system and the licensed Umrah operator handling your visa, hotels and transport providers named on your itinerary, and our payment provider. Each receives only what is needed for your booking.
Website analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. WhatsApp and phone taps are counted anonymously (page, country, device only). If we add analytics, it will be privacy-preserving and disclosed here.
Retention and your rights
Booking records are kept as long as Pakistani tax and airline settlement rules require. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold that is not needed for those legal records. Contact Muhammad Hasnain on 0300 0399322.
Security
Documents are shared over WhatsApp end-to-end encryption or in person, stored on access-controlled devices, and not posted in groups or forwarded outside the booking process.
