Who writes them
The guides are researched and written by the SafirAvia team in Islamabad. Package prices come only from Muhammad Hasnain, who prepares every quote himself.
Where the facts come from
We start with the people who make the rules: the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Nusuk platform, Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs, NADRA, FIA and the Bureau of Emigration, and the airlines’ and airports’ own websites and schedules. Every guide lists the sources it relies on at the end of the page.
Sometimes the only public source is a news report, an airport timetable or Wikipedia. When that happens we say so on the page, for example “listed in airport timetables” next to an airline we could not confirm on its own site, and we confirm it again for your dates before you pay.
Dates on every guide
Each guide shows the date its facts were last checked. Rules for Umrah visas, Hajj instalments and airline schedules change often, so when an official announcement changes something we update the page and the date. If two sources disagree, we show both until the official one settles it.
Prices
We do not print airfares or full package prices, because fares change several times a day and a number on a page is wrong by the time you read it. The only prices on this site are starting prices for each package tier and official government amounts with their source. Your price is the one in your written quote.
What we will not do
- Publish reviews or testimonials that are not real.
- Claim licences we do not hold. SafirAvia is an IATA-accredited travel agent; it arranges private Hajj through Ministry-licensed Hajj Group Organisers and is not a UK ATOL holder.
- Promise visas. Umrah visas are issued by Saudi Arabia through licensed operators on Nusuk; no agent can guarantee one.
