SafirAvia

Umrah packages from Pakistan

Hotels, visa, flights and transfers in one booking, from PKR 300,000 per person. What each tier includes, what changes the price, and how booking works with a licensed operator on Nusuk.

An Umrah package puts four bookings into one: your hotels in Makkah and Madinah, your Umrah visa, your return flights and your transfers in Saudi Arabia. We arrange all four for families travelling from Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and other Pakistani cities, and for overseas Pakistanis booking for their parents.

SafirAvia is a new agency, and we do not claim a long track record. What we do promise is simple: every quote names the hotels and their distance from the Haram before you pay, and every visa requirement is confirmed with the licensed Umrah operator who files your application on Nusuk Masar.

What a package includes

  • Hotels in Makkah and Madinah, booked on Nusuk Masar. Since June 2025 Saudi Arabia issues no Umrah visa without a confirmed hotel booking, so the hotel always comes first.
  • The Umrah visa, filed by a licensed Pakistani Umrah operator. On a Pakistani passport applying from Pakistan you cannot apply on the public Nusuk app yourself. If you hold a UK, US or Schengen visa, or live in the Gulf, the Saudi tourist eVisa is another route.
  • Return flights from your city to Jeddah or Madinah.
  • Transfers from the airport to your hotel, and between Makkah and Madinah by road, or by the Haramain train when the package includes it.

Already have a ticket? We can quote the package without flights. Every quote says clearly which one it is.

These are starting prices for October 2026. Packages go up to full luxury, so your exact price comes in a written quote with the hotel names.

What changes the price

  • Distance from the Haram. This matters more than the star rating. A hotel within 300 metres lets an elderly parent walk to Fajr and back; one 1 to 1.5 km out is cheaper but means a shuttle or a 20 to 30 minute walk each way. If anyone in your group struggles to walk far, spend on distance before extra nights.
  • Room sharing. Four to a room costs least per person; three or two to a room costs more in the same hotel.
  • Season. Ramadan, especially the last ten nights, and the December holidays cost the most and sell out first.
  • Group or private. Group departures leave on fixed dates and share flights and coach transfers, so they cost less. A private package lets you pick the dates and hotels, for example around school holidays.
  • When you book. Four to six weeks ahead is usually enough off-peak. For Ramadan and December, book eight to ten weeks ahead.

How many nights?

  • 7 to 10 nights: one Umrah and a few unhurried days in each city. It suits a short leave from work.
  • 14 or 15 nights: the length most families choose. There is time for rest days, ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah, and more than one Umrah if you wish.
  • 21 nights or more: for older parents who want longer in Madinah, or for Ramadan, when many stay into the last ten nights.

The return flight costs the same whether you stay 7 nights or 21, so a longer stay costs less per night. Our quotes show the split between the two cities, for example 6 nights in Madinah and 8 in Makkah.

Costs to ask about before you pay

Two quotes can look the same and still differ by these items. Ask for one all-in figure.

  • The Makkah to Madinah transfer, and whether Haramain train tickets are included.
  • Meals: many economy packages are room-only or breakfast-only.
  • The visa processing fee, which some agencies list separately.
  • Extra baggage if you plan to bring dates, Zamzam or gifts home.

Our quotes state all of these in writing, including what is not included.

Flying from your city

Every package includes return flights, so your departure city mostly changes which airlines and days are available. From our airline schedule check of 7 October 2026:

  • Islamabad: nonstop to Jeddah on Airblue, AirSial, Fly Jinnah (Saudia and PIA also appear in airport timetables); to Madinah on AirSial.
  • Lahore: nonstop to Jeddah on Airblue, AirSial, Fly Jinnah, flyadeal (Saudia and PIA also appear in airport timetables); to Madinah on AirSial.
  • Karachi: nonstop to Jeddah on Airblue, AirSial, Fly Jinnah, flyadeal, flynas (Saudia and PIA also appear in airport timetables); to Madinah on flynas, flyadeal, AirSial.
  • Multan: nonstop to Jeddah on Airblue, AirSial (Saudia and PIA also appear in airport timetables); for Madinah, most groups land in Jeddah and continue by road or the Haramain train.
  • Sialkot: nonstop to Jeddah on AirSial (PIA also appears in airport timetables); for Madinah, most groups land in Jeddah and continue by road or the Haramain train.
  • Peshawar: nonstop to Jeddah on Saudia and PIA, as listed in airport timetables; we confirm the current days before you pay; for Madinah, most groups land in Jeddah and continue by road or the Haramain train.

Faisalabad, Quetta and other cities usually connect through Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi, or through a Gulf hub. Flight numbers, terminals and baggage by fare are on Pakistan to Jeddah and Madinah flights.

Living in the UK or abroad?

Most overseas families book in one of three ways. You can book Umrah for your parents from abroad while they fly from Pakistan; you can fly to Pakistan, visit family and join a group departure from Islamabad or Lahore; or you can fly to Saudi Arabia straight from where you live.

Flying direct from the UK

If you would rather fly straight from the UK, Saudia flies to Jeddah from London Heathrow and Manchester, and public timetables also list Saudia at Gatwick and Birmingham. British Airways ended its Heathrow–Jeddah service on 24 April 2026. Other airlines connect through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha or Istanbul. Schedules change with the season, so we confirm the current days for your dates before you pay.

Most UK pilgrims land in Jeddah and travel on to Makkah and Madinah by road or the Haramain train. We can price a direct UK itinerary and a group departure from Pakistan side by side, so you can compare total journey time and cost. For flights to Pakistan, see UK to Pakistan flights.

The ATOL question

SafirAvia is a Pakistan-based agency and is not ATOL-protected. The UK Civil Aviation Authority says flight-inclusive packages advertised and sold to consumers in the UK are subject to the ATOL rules whatever the departure point of the flight, including when the seller is outside the UK — so this applies to an Umrah for your parents that leaves from Pakistan, not only to trips from a UK airport. Before you pay for any flight-inclusive package, we state in writing who the contract is with and what financial protection, if any, applies. If ATOL protection matters to you, book the package with a UK ATOL holder. Flight-only tickets are issued immediately as the airlines’ ticket agent and are not ATOL-protected.

How booking works

  1. Send your city, travel month and number of travellers on WhatsApp.
  2. We send a written quote with hotel names, distance from the Haram, airline and flight times.
  3. You send the documents: a passport valid for at least six months with two blank pages, CNIC (B-Form for children), photos on a white background, and the meningitis and polio vaccination records. Pilgrims flying from Karachi also need the NADRA-linked vaccination card, required since 25 September 2026.
  4. The licensed operator books the hotel on Nusuk Masar and files the visa.
  5. Once the visa is issued, we issue your tickets and send the itinerary, hotel vouchers and flight booking at least a week before you travel.

See Umrah visa requirements for the full document list.

Changes, cancellations and visa refusals

What you can change or get back depends on the airline fare and the hotel's cancellation terms on your booking. We show both before you pay, not after. If a visa is refused, we find the document that caused it and resubmit; refunds for flights and hotels then follow those same fare and hotel rules. Our refund policy explains the rest.

Frequently asked questions

How much is an Umrah package from Pakistan in 2026–27?

From PKR 300,000 per person with return flights for economy (four to a room, off-peak), from 400,000 for standard and from 600,000 for 5-star; Ramadan starts from 700,000. Your exact price depends on the hotels, the number of nights and the dates, and comes in a written quote.

Can I apply for an Umrah visa myself on a Pakistani passport?

No. A licensed Pakistani Umrah operator files the application on Nusuk Masar, together with the hotel booking. If you hold a UK, US or Schengen visa, or live in the Gulf, the Saudi tourist eVisa is a separate route you can use yourself.

Do the prices include flights and the visa?

The starting prices include return flights, hotels and the visa through the licensed operator. Your written quote lists every item, and anything that is not included.

How far ahead should I book?

Four to six weeks ahead in a normal month. Eight to ten weeks ahead for Ramadan and December, when rooms near the Haram sell out early.

Can women go without a mahram?

Saudi Arabia no longer requires a mahram for women aged 18 and over on Umrah. Some Pakistani operators still set their own conditions, so we confirm yours before you book.

Can children travel on a package?

Yes. Children use a B-Form instead of a CNIC and are listed on the same Nusuk booking as their parent or guardian.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer in Pakistan, or by a card payment link. If you live abroad and are paying for relatives, we confirm the method and any charges in writing first.

Are the prices guaranteed?

No. They are starting prices for October 2026 and move with the Saudi riyal, airfares and the season. Your price is the one in your written quote.

Is SafirAvia ATOL protected?

No. We are an IATA-accredited agency in Pakistan, and ATOL is a UK scheme. If you live in the UK, ask us which protection applies before you pay.

Can I pay from the UK for my parents' Umrah in Pakistan?

Yes. We arrange the Nusuk hotel, the visa and your parents' flights from Pakistan, and send you the quote, confirmation and itinerary in writing wherever you live. Read the ATOL note above before you pay for a package that includes flights.

Is it cheaper to fly to Pakistan first and join a group there?

It can be, especially if you are visiting family in Pakistan anyway. It depends on the UK to Pakistan and Pakistan to Saudi fares for your dates, so ask us to price both routes side by side.

Ready to plan your Umrah?

Send your departure city, dates and number of travellers. You get a written quote with hotel names and flight timings, usually within the hour.
