SafirAvia

For Pakistanis living abroad

Umrah for your parents in Pakistan, flights home from the UK, USA, Canada and the Gulf, Hajj routes from abroad and the entry rules, handled on WhatsApp by an IATA-accredited agent in Islamabad.

Families split between Bradford and Mirpur, Houston and Karachi, or Dubai and Lahore face the same three questions: how to send parents for Umrah without being there, how to get home for a wedding or Eid at a sensible fare, and which rules apply to which passport. SafirAvia is an IATA-accredited travel agent in Islamabad. We issue tickets on our own accreditation, arrange Umrah from Pakistan through a licensed operator on Nusuk Masar, and put every quote in writing on WhatsApp, so you can decide from wherever you are.

We are not a UK company and we are not ATOL-protected; private Hajj is arranged through Ministry-licensed Hajj Group Organisers. Where that matters, the guides below say so.

For your parents in Pakistan

  • Umrah for your parents: you book and pay from abroad, they fly from their nearest Pakistani airport, and you see the hotel names in writing before you pay.
  • Hajj 2027 from abroad: Pakistan’s scheme or Nusuk, what happened to the Sponsorship Scheme, and how a parent’s Hajj is paid.

Documents for the flight

On a British, US or Canadian passport, the airline checks your NICOP or Pakistani visa before you board, and an expired NICOP now means no boarding. Our guide to the documents airlines check explains what to do in time, and the polio certificate you need for the flight back.

How working with us from abroad works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with who is travelling, from where, and when.
  2. You get a written quote: hotel names and distance from the Haram for Umrah; airline, times, baggage and fare rules for tickets.
  3. Payment options are confirmed in writing with the quote. Before paying anyone, confirm the account on a call to a number you found yourself.
  4. Every ticket has an airline booking reference you can open on the airline’s own website.

Frequently asked questions

Is SafirAvia based in the UK?

No. We are an IATA-accredited travel agent in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, serving Pakistani families at home and abroad on WhatsApp.

Are your bookings ATOL-protected?

No. Under UK rules, flight-inclusive packages sold to UK consumers need ATOL protection even when the flights leave from Pakistan, so for UK residents we set out in writing, before payment, who the contract is with and what protection applies. If you want ATOL protection, book the package with a UK ATOL holder. Flight-only tickets are issued immediately as the airlines' ticket agent and are not ATOL-protected.

Can you book my parents' Umrah while I am abroad?

Yes. That is the most common thing we do for overseas families. See Umrah for parents.

Can you book my flight from the UK or USA to Pakistan?

Yes, as an IATA agent we issue tickets worldwide. The fare, rules and baggage are confirmed in writing before you pay.
