Does PIA fly from Birmingham, Leeds Bradford or Glasgow?

No. When PIA returned to the UK in October 2025, Pakistan’s High Commission said Birmingham and London would follow Manchester. London started in March 2026; no Birmingham date has been announced as of 6 October 2026. Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh have no PIA service.

Families in Birmingham, the North and Scotland usually choose between driving to Manchester for PIA, or a one-stop flight from their local airport via the Gulf or Istanbul. See UK to Pakistan flights for every UK airport.

Why PIA is back in the UK

The UK removed Pakistan from its air safety list in July 2025, ending a five-year ban on Pakistani airlines. PIA restarted Manchester–Islamabad on 25 October 2025 (twice a week at first), Heathrow on 29 and 30 March 2026, and added Manchester–Lahore in July 2026.
